The window installation team was supposed to arrive on 10/1/2015, they arrived only on 10/3/2015, no one notified me that they would not arrive, I had to call the company myself and find out from inadequate employees. 3.10.2015 the team found that the connecting elements of the window were not laminated, one bay window was laminated with other colors. Due to the onset of cold weather, I had to build a temporary wall at my own expense so that the batteries would not freeze, because. the old window was removed. 20.10.2015 was getting a new bay window and again with the wrong lamination. I had to agree to the installation of this bay window, because. the cold came. 23.10.2015 one installer arrived, without the necessary tools, self-tapping screws, mounting foam was not enough, he had to help during installation, because. the window was heavy and could fall out into the street, as a result of the installation it was necessary to point out the defects to it, the work of the master was disgusting ... As a result, a window with the wrong lamination was installed, a lot of chips on the window, a cracked handle, etc. From the company for all the time not a single call, not a single apology for the delay, employees switch from department to department when they call, no one is responsible for anything. Now the facts: 09.28., after taking time off from work, after spending half a day waiting for delivery from 14-00 to 17-00 at 16-50 I received a call - “the car broke down”. “We will bring it on the 29th from 11-00 to 12-00.” Dismantler-finishers instead of 9-00 arrived at 11-00, because before there was no point, there was nothing to work with. Before 12-00 the old one was broken and taken to the site. The delivery has a “huge traffic jam”, they arrived at 14-00, picked up at 14-30. Finishers instead of 9-00 started at 14-30 and until 21-30. Of course, they did not manage to do all the work. I called the office on the 29th and 30th, the phone does not work, a call to the measurer's cell phone - what about the decoration? They called back from the office and made an appointment for 09.10. In November 2014, I signed an agreement with Panorama LLC for glazing and finishing the loggia, the work was performed poorly, namely:
1. Glazing of the loggia:
The glass was scratched, discovered when the sticker was removed.
From the side of the street, the gap between the fence and the frame is not closed, there is no piece of cornice that should cover the foam and close the space between the fence and the frame, where everything is now getting wet.
The comb is not attached straight, but at an angle.
The window installer (Eldar Dagestan) hardly read the drawing, after a call to the measurer (Ildar MO Zheleznodorozhny) figured out what to do. When performing work, everyone scolded the measurer that he had calculated incorrectly.

2. Finishing the loggia:
Linoleum is loosely attached to the floor.
When finishing the walls, hooks for a mosquito net were fixed on the window frame, now there is no way to put a mosquito net in the frame.
When finishing the ceiling and attaching a clothes dryer, because of this, the window does not open completely.
When performing work, the finisher (Andrey Ukraine) also scolded the measurer that he had calculated incorrectly.

3. Electrical wiring to the loggia:
During the installation of wiring from the room to the loggia, a hole was formed that was not sealed.

Yes, right away. The blinds have arrived. And the workers left. It turns out that the installation is the next day ((((I admit, I had to sit and read the contract. And not rely on the decency of the manager and all the employees of the company. When I called, some manager spoke to me dryly and morally and, accordingly, did not make any concessions. In the following August, a leak was discovered along the perimeter of the window opening, and a year later the sealing gaskets in the opening frames began to leak. On the windowsill in the second year, metal fittings began to crawl out. Mosquito nets are made somehow: the net is not stretched, the ears flew off at the first touch. The plugs covering the fittings inside the frames fell out in the first year of operation. The company refused to eliminate the shortcomings during the warranty period (3 years). Installers are not professional. 50,129 rubles were paid for the installation of the window. I recommend - the windows at the company "Panorama O.S." do not install. You will be to blame for all the shortcomings made by the company.

The only difference is that if you look from the street, then a little window reflects the light, for example, you won’t see a walking cat on the windowsill. Although if the light in the room is on, then the silhouettes are visible. We had full protection on old windows, the film was pasted. The measurer was explained that the cats were peeling off the film, that spraying was needed. He did not show what the windows would be like. As a result, they got not what they wanted, and even put back and forth. A specialist came, also thought for a long time, called someone. In theory, the stickers should all be inside. But then I saw my reflection, and in those windows that the stickers were outside, I could calmly look at the street, my extra reflection did not interfere with my eye. We decided that most likely you need to reinstall the sticker on the outside. then I walked and looked, indeed, the balcony things were not visible from the street. But all the same, there is no blackout, this weak coating will not save you from the heat. And so, in general, they survived the winter well. The balcony was closed only a couple of times when it was very cold outside. But I covered all the walls on the balcony with a special "warm" paint. But the windows are airtight, everything is ok. The house is insured. We took photos of the damage, I called the company. Explained the problem. The answer is this: we can go for 4250 rubles and say if we can fix it or not! And in general, what are our claims? And the windows were not installed by our masters. You might think that if they had been set up, thieves would not have climbed in. Mr. Chernyshov was obviously too busy public work to pick up the phone! When you need to buy, they will persuade, and when you need help, they will send. So I send them!
