Basic principles for creating a presentation
* It is very important that your presentation has a solid, finished look. Think about the structure and sequence of slides that should accurately complement your speech. Remember that quantity does not always determine quality.
* After creating the structure, work on the development of common design elements for all slide pages of the presentation.
* Then move on to content filling - working out individual slides and programming reactions to mouse actions using Action Script.
* Pay special attention to testing. Do not forget that you are not dealing with well-established templates, but with the living result of your creative activity.

Ways to create a presentation in Flash

There are two ways to make a presentation.
Method 1.
Take a standard Flash presentation as a basis. To do this, open the template file using the menu File – New (File – New), select the tab Templates in the dialog box and check the item Presentations (Questionnaire) (Presentations), and then give preference to one of the standard templates.
Method 2: Create your own presentation, starting from scratch. We will go the second way as the most interesting and allowing to make a presentation.
Create a presentation
STEP 1
1. Create a new document.

2. Set its properties. To do this, on the Properties panel, specify the following parameters: Frame rate (Frame Rate) - 15 fps (default is 12), select the background color. The first (bottom) layer, serving as the "background", will have a design common to the entire slide sequence.
In order to make it more convenient for you to work, turn on the rulers View – Rulers (View – Rulers) and the grid View – Grid – Show Grid (View – Grid – Show Grid). These elements are needed for precise placement of objects on the working field.

On the toolbar, select the rectangle, select the red color. 
Draw a rectangle the size of the future button. Without releasing the mouse button, press the down arrow key. This way you will get rounded edges. Hold down the cursor key until the corners turn into semicircles, i.e. to the maximum roundness of the rectangle.
Delete the path - double click on the path to select and press the Delete key

Use the text tool to add labels. In order for the buttons to be the same, try copying the first button (Ctrl + C) and pasting in the middle (Ctrl + V).
STEP 4

Do the same for the green button and the blue button, naming them green and blue respectively.

Create a new layer 
and rename it by double clicking on the title to pages.

At frame 10 on the pages layer press F6 and change the color of the page to green. Go to frame 20 and press F6 to change the color of the page to blue. Go to frame 30 and press F5. Add any text to pages. 
Rename layer 1 to main. Select frame 30 and press F5. Create a new layer and name it lables
STEP 7
At frame 10 and frame 20 on the lables layer press F6. Go back 1 frame and name the frame red 
In frame 10 name the frame green, in frame 20 name the frame blue. 
Create a new layer and name it actions.
STEP 8
Move to frame 1 of the main layer and name the buttons: 
red_btn for red button, green_btn, blue_btn for green and blue buttons respectively.
Go 1 frame on the actions layer. Press F9.
STEP 9

Test your presentation by pressing Ctrl + Enter.

Today I want to write an article in which I will tell you how you can convert the created presentation to Flash format. I will review a good program iSpring Pro , with which we will convert a PowerPoint presentation to Flash (.swf) format.
To download the trial version, you need to register. Enter your details and click "Continue".
A page will appear on which click on the “Download” button, and the program will start downloading immediately, you will only need to choose whether to save the installation file, or run it right away. I advise you to run it, installation will begin immediately after downloading.
There is also a registration name and a license key on this page, they will need to activate the trial version of the program. Therefore, do not close this page yet, and if you do, the activation data has still been sent to your email. 
If the program has already downloaded, then you can proceed with the installation. Run the setup file if it doesn't start by itself.
Check the box next to “I accept the license agreement” and click "Next".
Everything is ready, click "Install".
Once iSpring Pro is installed, click Finish.
All installation of the program is completed.
Working with iSpring Pro
As I already wrote, iSpring Pro integrates into PowerPoint. When you launch iSpring Pro, you will only see a button “Launch PowerPoint”.
We launch PowerPoint, no matter how, and we see that a new tab has appeared on the toolbar called “iSpring Pro”. By clicking on it, a number of tools will open that you need to work with to create and convert a presentation to Flash format.
You should see a message that the trial period will end in 30 days.
Let's now go through the tabs and I will briefly describe the tools.

After the conversion, a window will open for viewing the presentation and the folder in which we saved the presentation.
