Today we visited the store on Ozerova, 17b. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service!!! There are no complaints about sellers. Helped with the choice, answered all questions. But the cashier Julia Krinitskaya left a disgusting impression of this store and spoiled the mood for the whole Saturday evening with her behavior and communication! Not only did she show nervousness with her movements and gestures while punching the goods at the checkout, but when communicating, she was frankly rude, expressed her dissatisfaction when she saw bonus cards(probably it was difficult to get them through the terminal).
