Hello dear readers and guests.

For those who have not yet worked with exchanges and do not know where to start, I advise you to read my previous article, in which I talk in more detail about .

Exchanges and freelance sites by category

The best freelance exchanges

Here are the most popular sites among freelancers and customers, where you can find tasks in all possible ways:

  • fl.ru is the No. 1 freelance exchange in Russia and the CIS. More suitable for professionals with good portfolio and experience, it is difficult for beginners to break through there. For full-fledged work, you need to pay your account monthly.
  • weblancer.net - in my opinion, the second most popular site for freelancers and offers their services. AT this moment has more than 3 thousand open orders.
  • work-zilla.com is an exchange for beginners, you can find thousands of different simple tasks and try your hand at freelancing. Read.
  • freelancejob.ru - remote work for professional freelancers with a good portfolio.
  • kwork.ru - the site allows you to offer and sell your services at a single price of 500 rubles.

Exchanges for copywriters and rewriters

If you can write and know how to type on the keyboard, then on these exchanges you can easily find tasks for writing texts, selling articles, translations, etc.

  • etxt.ru is a popular exchange remote work for copywriters, rewriters and translators. Order and sale of articles on any topic. See detailed.
  • text.ru is a large service for copywriters and rewriters. There is also an article store and various scripts for checking texts. Read.

  • smart-copywriting.com - this exchange has 16 types of specialization, orders for articles, poems, naming, resumes, etc.
  • miratext.ru is a simple and very convenient copywriting exchange. The main types of orders are copywriting, rewriting of texts, articles in a foreign language.

  • fll.ru is a service for posting assignments and searching for remote work in the field of writing texts.
  • neotext.ru - content exchange and article store.

Sites for 1C-specialists and programmers

I found not so many specialized sites for IT-specialists and programmers. Further, when we consider these professions in more detail, I will give many more examples of various forums and portals where you can find a good remote job for programmers.

  • 1clancer.ru is an exchange for programmers and 1C specialists from all CIS countries.
  • devhuman.com is a service for IT professionals, programmers, startups and other professionals that allows you to quickly create a team for your project.
  • modber.ru is another site for 1C professionals.

Instruction

The most popular way to find a job is to apply to freelance exchanges. This is where customers post ads looking for remote employees. Someone selects permanent performers, someone needs to complete only a project. Usually, the resources have a search by type of activity, and this makes it easy to navigate. On the site, you need to create your profile, through which it will then be convenient to communicate with potential employers. Large freelance exchanges: www.fl.ru, www.freelance.ru, www.weblancer.net.

Each exchange provides an opportunity to work without risk. At the same time, you communicate with the customer only on the resource, he guarantees that he will pay for the work, since he pays the amount for the project in advance. After execution, it goes to the performer. But at the same time, it is necessary to pay a percentage for securing this transaction, it will be from 3 to 10% of the order value. This is a convenient way, since sometimes the employer disappears, leaving the performer without a fee. Exchanges also provide an opportunity to start and replenish a portfolio. These are works that can be demonstrated to potential clients, based on which a decision is made on hiring.

A freelancer can also look for work on the forums. These are places where performers can also find interesting offers. Having a profile, you can have conversations on some topics, which will allow customers to have some idea about you. The forum does not provide the possibility of safe work, so the risks are much higher than on the exchanges. But on the other hand, you don’t have to give a percentage of earnings. The most popular resources for communication: http://www.weblancer.net/forum, http://forum.kadrof.ru, http://www.cyberforum.ru/freelance.

A good opportunity to find a job is to contact a web studio. Specialists are always required, and remote employees are quite often accepted. Write letters to various companies about your job search, tell about your skills, give a link to your portfolio. Cooperation with such organizations is convenient, they constantly offer projects, which guarantees regular employment, and also rarely refuse to pay wages. But here it is important not to disappear for a long time, to be able to complete everything on time.

Work directly is the most profitable, but difficult to find. If you're a designer, look online for sites that aren't well-executed. And write to the administrators with a proposal to fix everything. Propose a solution for a specific resource, and there is a chance that your help will be in demand. This method is very convenient, since there are no intermediaries. But usually only one out of 30-40 offers works. Usually copywriters and designers use this method, it is more difficult for a programmer to realize it this way.

People, choosing a product or service, in 55% of cases will turn to family members for information, in 54% - to friends, and the same number - to read reviews on the Internet. And 78% of respondents surveyed by Sprout Social said they would recommend a product or service to family and friends if they were satisfied with the quality. Therefore, ask friends, acquaintances or clients (if you used to work in the office) if they have people in mind who would need your services.

This advice is especially relevant for beginner freelancers: it is better to “practice” on more or less loyal people who will not leave bad reviews if they are not satisfied with the result.

"Pump" profile in social networks

If you like to post pictures with cats and memes, you will have your own approach to maintaining social networks. Alas, cats will not help you find new customers.

Indicate what you do, open contacts and the ability to send you messages. A potential client, entering your page, must understand that he can order a service from you.

Write a post about what you do and ask your friends for reposts. Promise a pleasant (but preferably non-monetary) bonus for the client you bring.

Post more professional information- this way you will create an image of an expert and increase recognition, and therefore, give additional value to your services.

What else can be done:

  • create content for professional sites and communities;
  • devote 10-20 minutes a day to expert commentary - answer public questions from the target audience;
  • hold thematic webinars or live broadcasts.

Attract paid traffic to your resources - this way you will accelerate their growth.

If you have a website, do SEO optimization, use meta tags. Articles that rank well in the search results will bring organic traffic to the site. It is also useful to publish news from your field.

Register on the freelance exchange

It is better to register on several exchanges at once. Be prepared for high competition and the fact that sometimes you will have to pay a price for your services (so that the order is not “outbid”).

There are indeed many customers on the exchanges. And although there are also many performers, there are often not enough competent specialists who fulfill the agreed conditions, do the work efficiently, are responsible for mistakes and correct them.

If you approach your work conscientiously and responsibly, you can find a regular customer on the stock exchange and work with him for several years.

Popular platforms for finding orders

For designers

  • Illustrators.ru is a community of Russian-speaking illustrators and artists. You can find an order or put up for sale the finished work.
  • Coroflot is an international community for freelance designers and also operates as a permanent job search service.
  • DesignCrowd is an international platform that brings together over 700,000 designers. You can order almost any order - from web design to a tattoo sketch.
  • Tilda Experts - for web designers who create websites in the Tilda constructor.

  • Text.ru is an exchange where SEO articles, reviews and other types of texts are ordered. The rate, as a rule, does not exceed 80 rubles per thousand characters.
  • Advego is an exchange where you can both accept orders and sell ready-made texts in the article store.
  • eTXT is a platform where you can order writing, rewriting, translation and proofreading of texts, as well as using the article posting system.

For paid advertising professionals

  • The eLama tender platform - the service allows you to find advertising orders for free, performers participate in an affiliate program and receive a reward of up to nine percent of customer turnover.

If you have recently learned that it is quite possible to make money on the Internet, or only now you feel ready to start such work, then one of the most valuable advice from specialists in this case relate to sites where you can get a job. What is freelancing?

Today freelancing is most often called remote work in the Internet when you negotiate cooperation with customers and employers via the Internet. The convenience of freelancing lies in the fact that you yourself choose exchanges for finding work, look for clients and manage your time yourself.

The motto of freelancing for both beginners and experienced ones is freedom of choice, which is embedded directly in the very name of the work (free).

The ideal freelance job looks like this - you choose exchanges for job search, find customers, complete tasks and receive payment via the Internet. Money is usually sent to electronic wallets of WebMoney and YandexMoney systems. For beginners, the question of getting paid via the Internet usually becomes the most incomprehensible, but in fact, for freelancing, finding a permanent job or a source of regular orders is much more difficult.

How to establish permanent remote work?

For beginners, first of all, you should accurately determine what kind of work can you do online. This can be writing texts, posting on forums, SMM, text translations, moderation and site administration. Even if you are a specialist in design, photography, programming or in another narrow profile, then for beginners it is advised to make maximum effort in the first time of work to achieve a high reputation.

Unfortunately, on the Internet, few people are ready to take a word that you are a highly qualified specialist, so examples of completed tasks collected in the portfolio and job reviews will tell you for you.

Kwork - convenient freelance services store: Tens of thousands of services, speed of execution and a money back guarantee - freelancing has never been so pleasant!

When looking for a permanent job, you will need good exchange for freelance, patience and diligence. Many employers may offer to complete a test task before starting work - do not refuse to take test tasks, but be careful not to rush to perform large amounts of unpaid work. Keep in mind that any freelance exchange is home to scammers who simply lure jobs from beginners and do not pay for them. Try to work with employers with a high reputation on the site and good reviews.

How much can you earn with a freelance exchange?

Making money through the Internet is a wonderful thing, because everything is in the hands of the artist, even the size of it wages. You can take the first job that comes across and agree to low pay, or you can try find high paying jobs by spending more time and effort looking for a job. Also, earnings depend on the time that you are willing to devote to work, as well as on your productivity.

The advantage of freelancing is that you can work on weekends, and start earlier on weekdays, or vice versa, work until late.

If you want to earn more - just work more, if comfort and rest are more important for you, shorten the working day.

In fact, there are many more sites on the Internet suitable for freelancing - these are FreelanceJob.ru, Text.ru, Advego.ru, Copylancer.ru, Txt.ru, Modber.ru, Freelansim.ru, Illustrators.ru, Shutterstock.com , Vsesdal.com and others.

The main thing is to choose a niche for yourself own work, be patient and start looking for jobs. The most important thing in freelancing is, perhaps, experience, so if you become a good specialist, you will find a job on any exchange.

Do you want to not only make good money, but also get rich? At the very least, do not think daily about whether you have enough money for everything that you planned to buy: the latest technology, a cool car, and even an apartment? Then you are on the course money management.

It would seem that so much has already been written on this topic, so many webinars are devoted to this issue, but still, beginners and not only sometimes ask it in specialized communities.

This question can have several shades:

Where to look for NORMAL customers?

Where to look for clients who will pay generously?

After all, it is precisely these that every freelancer dreams of finding: so that they do not endure the brain with endless edits, and pay for the work at its true worth.

But sometimes I'm too lazy to think for myself. Sometimes you just want someone more experienced to take your hand, lead you where you need to and say - this is where to hunt.

Today I’ll be just such “more experienced” (I’ve been freelancing for more than 7 years, I think it’s already possible :)), and I’ll tell you where you can look for such customers.

Why not stock exchanges?

Yes, every second one will send you to freelance exchanges. These are the most suitable sites for those who are starting, who want to find a job for the first time. There are many one-time, small orders, and if you do not consider freelancing as a source of serious income, or are just taking the first steps, this is exactly what you need.

Yes, there are decent projects on the exchanges, with good pay, with normal clients. But, unfortunately, there are very few of them, especially when it comes to content exchanges. And if you are looking for serious, long-term orders with good pay - you are not here.

There are many cheap, poorly paid jobs on the stock exchange;

There are a lot of outbids on the exchanges, intermediaries who use freelancers almost like galley slaves;

To start making decent money, you need to earn a rating - and this is not done in a month or even a year.

The exchanges also have pluses: a safe transaction, arbitration, and even those very orders are a dime a dozen ... if it’s very hot, and you urgently need to earn a few rubles, then welcome.

But if you want to reach a new level of income, earn respect and some kind of authority, for which they will be willing to pay, you are not here.

So where to look?

Pay attention to the following ways. Almost all have been tested. I have not worked at the stock exchange for many years, and I do not need a job.

I miss the option of launching my own site and promoting it. This requires already certain knowledge, time and money. Especially if you want to pour a little context. The site needs to be dealt with, and a freelancer often remains a shoemaker without boots, because there is just no time (and if there is, it is better to spend it on more useful and interesting things).

Consider simpler options that do not require you to invest money.

job search websites

For some reason, rarely do freelancers think of going the most obvious way: go to job search sites like HeadHunter. Guys, there are not only workers on full time looking for, not just office workers. Use the search on the site, filter the vacancies for which they are looking for a remote employee - and you will be very surprised how many remote workers and freelancers are needed here. Works - the field is not plowed.

Here is the proof. In Ukraine, I immediately found 27 fresh vacancies:

And the pay here is an order of magnitude higher than on the stock exchange, and employers are aimed at long-term cooperation.

Yes, outbids and intermediaries, as well as companies that are not averse to cashing in on your cheap labor, have also gathered here. I was convinced of this myself, looking through the vacancies of a copywriter - and here you can often find vacancies with a “decent pay” of 15 rubles per 1000 characters. Basically, these are all sorts of content agencies. Weed out such vacancies, that's all. There are still more good ones.

Be sure to leave your resume on one or two sites, view and respond to vacancies. Sooner or later you will find a decent job.

I had to look for new projects this way. I found a job in half a day.

Social network

Another obvious option, and a lot of people use it, but use it a little crazy. There are several ways to find a job on social media:

Join communities where projects for freelancers are published. For example, something like this https://vk.com/garantfreelance. Browse the feed and look for a suitable task. Projects, as well as on exchanges, are very different, and with different pay.

Join communities in which entrepreneurs hang out, participate in discussions, advertising themselves in this way. Only not directly, but giving recommendations and advice. In this way, you create an aura of expertise around you, and you can get a job. Yes, it takes a lot of time, but it's worth it.

Use the search and find vacancies that are sometimes published right on their wall, by keyword- the name of your profession.

Find communities of interest, which often have separate topics with vacancies. For example:

Go to the topic, look for a suitable task and contact the client ...

In the same communities, you can find separate topics with offers from freelancers. Write about yourself there, it will not be superfluous.

These are the simplest and most obvious ways. Instead of looking at cats, use social networks for the benefit of your loved one.

Yes, you can still promote yourself, create a page, rivet useful content and connect the target. But this is already a very costly way - both in terms of time and money. Start small.

Partners, your connections

Sooner or later, you will have friends and comrades who work as freelancers like you, but specialists of a different profile. Marketers, web designers, programmers. Ask them to recommend you to their clients. It's not difficult for them, but for you extra work Yes, even on recommendation.

Moreover, in this case you are not a competitor to your friends - your areas of work and responsibility are completely different. If a friend is good, then you can talk about your predicament, maybe he will just have an interesting offer for you.

Guest postings

This is not a direct job search, this is a job for the future. These are the first steps to building your personal brand.

Write useful articles, give advice to business owners and junior colleagues. Post these posts in groups in in social networks, where there are many entrepreneurs. That is, your potential clients. If you show your expertise, then sooner or later you will be asked for help and may be offered a job. Especially if your articles hit the mark.

And you don’t need to think that you will have to write about complex things. No, you need to write simply and about the simplest - believe me, many entrepreneurs do not understand anything about your work.

In exactly the same way, you can make guest articles on other sites where there is a suitable audience. For example, a marketer, web designer, copywriter can try to publish on the Texterra blog, on Cossa and similar sites. A good publication is sure to draw attention to your person.

As you can see, there are many ways to find a good client. You just need to want to find this very client, and not sit idly by. The legs feed the wolf, and the freelancer - quick brains and a constant search for new clients.
