By doing this, you show the client that you are not an ordinary layman, that you value him and are ready to make concessions in order to maintain good, partnership relations.
That's what happened to me quite recently. I booked a hotel room online. Upon arrival, it turned out that I did not provide some data, and they could not confirm my reservation. Since it was a holiday, there were no free rooms, and I didn’t really want to look for another hotel either. How nice it was when the manager made concessions, made an exception, and helped me in this confusing situation.

Make symphonies, not deals

Once I was walking with a girl through the small streets of Palermo. We wandered into an unknown area, and stumbled upon a pleasant jewelry store. It was in it that Marie, and that's my girlfriend's name, found a beaded necklace, which she had been talking about for a long time. I once asked a businessman I know who owns a multi-million dollar company what he thought about respect. The answer was simply gorgeous, even there is nothing more to add.
Respect creates loyalty. And this means that employees will stay at work longer without feeling disadvantaged, customers will be happy to place orders, suppliers will easily ship goods in installments, and competitors will admire your ability to organize everything correctly.

Everything that you do and that you plan to present to customers should be a kind of art. I have a favorite coffee shop. It is small, located in a quiet street, and, as a rule, there are regular visitors. Everyone is kept by one thing, that the hostess of this establishment brews coffee herself, but does it with a special sophistication. She decorates every latte she makes. He paints various landscapes, drawings, portraits on the foam with chocolate.
And every time you get a new picture. It's nice to realize that you are not treated in a stereotyped way, but find an individual approach. The next time you make brochures, leaflets, flyers, think about whether it will interest a person, influence his decision to become your client. Over the course of my life, I have read dozens, if not hundreds, of various commercial proposals. Some got bored after a few seconds, some finished reading, but discarded in a long box, and there were those that caught on. What is the problem? Most commercial proposals are written dryly, with callous facts, without emotions, and most importantly, without love. No matter how it sounds, but you have to be braver to send letters of love.
A friend of mine owns a record company. He often sends out offers to various companies, but there were so few answers that I wanted to hang my hands. One day he decided that the problem was in the approach itself. All their commercial offers started like this:
“Guys, we are sincerely glad to see you and the possibility of future cooperation. We write this proposal with a feeling of love, from the bottom of our hearts. Perhaps this is stupid, perhaps you have not received anything like this before, but you cannot command feelings. And although we have enough work, we see that mutual cooperation will bring results for you and us.”
Pretty unusual, right? But that was the point. Many read the sentence to the end, because it is warm, causes a smile and positive thoughts. After the company began to practice such “letters of love”, things improved noticeably. Many partners, good contracts, big fees.
