Made a claim, promised to send all the information by e-mail. Didn't wait for the information. A second call to the call center on 12/24/18, they repeated that my application was registered, checked the mail, promised again to send all the information to the mail. Now 01/24/19 and still send me all the information. I would not recommend this office to anyone, you will waste your time and money.
