2 If the necessary spare parts are available, the repair is carried out within an hour after the delivery of the CCP for repair. 4 An emergency departure of an engineer is carried out within 8 working hours after receiving an application from the Customer. The cost of the Agreement includes an emergency departure of an engineer within the Moscow Ring Road. Departure of the engineer outside the Moscow Ring Road is paid additionally, the amount of the additional payment is agreed with the Customer individually before the departure of the engineer.

According to the requirements of most manufacturers cash register service must be carried out in accordance with the ETD (Operational technical documentation).
Responsibility for timely technical KKM service and the repair is borne by the CCP User.

To service the CCP, the manufacturer recommends contacting the ASC, since regular qualified maintenance
will allow maintaining the operability, safety and reliability of the operation of cash registers in accordance with the parameters set out in the ETD.
Failure to comply with the conditions for conducting periodic serviceability checks, maintenance and repair entitles the manufacturer and (or) ASC to limit the warranty period and (or) refuse the user to repair the CCP free of charge.
