Engineer for automated production control systems of category I - a person who has a higher professional (engineering, economic or technical) education and work experience as an engineer for automated production control systems of category II for at least 3 years.

3. Appointment to the position of an engineer for automated production control systems and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the director of the enterprise on the proposal of the head of the department of an automated production control system.

5. An engineer for automated production control systems reports directly to the head of the department for automation and mechanization of production processes.

6. During the absence of an engineer for automated production control systems (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed in the prescribed manner. This person acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Job Responsibilities

Engineer for automated production control systems:

1. Performs work on the design and implementation of automated production control systems (APCS) based on the use of a combination of economic and mathematical methods, modern computer technology, communications and communications, elements of the theory of economic cybernetics.

2. Studying the system and methods of managing and regulating the activities of the enterprise, its production and functional divisions, determines the possibility of formalizing the elements of the current system and the feasibility of transferring the relevant processes to an automated mode.

3. Carries out the preparation of the necessary data and participates in the preparation of the terms of reference for the design of the automated control system and its individual stages and subsystems, in the development of technical and working projects.

4. Formulates the formulation of tasks, performs work on their algorithmization, identifies the possibilities of typing solutions for individual elements of the system, prepares proposals for the use of standard blocks in the design of automated control systems and participates in their creation.

5. Studying the automated production control systems developed by design organizations and operating at other enterprises in order to use the best practices in the design and operation of automated control systems.

6. Takes part in the work to improve the workflow at the enterprise, formulates requirements for the content and construction of technical and organizational and administrative documentation used in the automated production control system.

7. Develops technological schemes for processing information on the established tasks of the automated control system, taking into account the organizational and technical support for all subsystems.

8. Prepares draft methodological materials, instructions and other technical documentation related to the creation and use of funds for the information use of the automated control system.

9. Participates in the work on debugging, trial operation and phased introduction of a complex of technical means of automated control systems.

11. Study the causes of failures and violations in the system, develop proposals for their elimination and prevention, to improve the quality and reliability of the automated control system.

12. Provides methodological assistance to the divisions of the enterprise in preparing data for the automated control system, in preparing the necessary documents and decoding information processed by computer technology.

III. Rights

An engineer for automated production control systems has the right to:

1. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise relating to its activities.

2. Submit proposals for the management to improve the work related to the duties provided for in this job description.

3. Report to the immediate supervisor about all deficiencies identified in the performance of their duties in production activities enterprises (his structural divisions) and make suggestions for their elimination.

4. Request personally or on behalf of the immediate supervisor from the heads of departments of the enterprise and specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties.

5. To involve specialists from all (individual) structural divisions in solving the tasks assigned to him (if this is provided for by the regulations on structural divisions, if not, then with the permission of the management).

6. Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The Production Control Systems Engineer is responsible for:

1. For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this job description - to the extent determined by the current labor legislation of the Russian Federation.
