    Tournament them. M.V. Lomonosov

    Tournament named after M.V. Lomonosov - an annual multi-subject competition in mathematics, mathematical games, physics, astronomy and earth sciences, chemistry, biology, history, linguistics, literature. The goal of the tournament is to give the participants something to think about and encourage those who are interested in serious studies. The program in all places of the tournament is the same. Competitions in all subjects are held simultaneously in different classrooms for 5-6 hours.

    Advantages:
    The winners and prize-winners of the final stage have the right to enter the university without passing the entrance examinations (if they have the Unified State Examination in mathematics not lower than 75 points) or to enter with points awarded for individual achievements.

    All-Russian Olympiad for Schoolchildren in Chemistry

    The All-Russian Chemistry Olympiad for schoolchildren is aimed at identifying and developing in students educational institutions creative abilities and interest in scientific activities, the creation necessary conditions to support gifted children, to promote scientific knowledge, to create conditions for the realization of the opportunities of the best students and teachers, for fruitful, creative communication. The Olympiad is not aimed at competition, but at creative, fruitful communication, obtaining new knowledge, consolidating it, and fundamentalizing knowledge. Communication is the most important educational aspect of the Olympiad.

    Advantages:

    Students of grades 9-11 participate in the regional stage of the Olympiad:

    Multidisciplinary Olympiad RTU MIREA

    The RTU MIREA Multidisciplinary Olympiad in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Informatics is held on the initiative of MIREA - Russian Technological University. The competition is primarily aimed at stimulating students' interest in research activities. The Olympiad is designed to form early professional orientation among schoolchildren, as well as interest in future profession. The Olympiad is held in a number of general education subjects and on the basis of general education programs of secondary general education. For many years, the vast majority of winners and participants of the Olympiad from different regions of Russia have successfully entered MIREA - Russian Technological University. The long-term partner of the Olympiad is NPP Istok named after A. Shokin is a recognized leader in new developments and serial production of modern and promising microwave electronics for all types of communications and radar.

    Advantages:
    Winners, prize-winners and participants of the Olympiad (including the correspondence round) can receive up to 10 points for individual achievements when entering MIREA - Russian Technological University, as well as valuable prizes.

    Math fights RTU MIREA

    Team Olympiads are good experience work in a team. Participants learn to develop common solutions, respect the opinions of others, and correctly distribute responsibilities. Joint work and one goal for all unites schoolchildren and increases motivation. Team Olympiads are similar to sports competitions in terms of the intensity of the struggle and entertainment, and therefore are equally interesting both for the participants themselves and for those who came just to watch and support their friends. Participation in a mathematical battle is a good opportunity to try your hand at team competitions.
    What is it? A math fight is a competition between two teams in solving math problems. It consists of two parts. First, the teams receive the conditions of the tasks and certain time to their decision. When solving problems, the team does not have the right to communicate with anyone other than the jury. Also, teams do not have the right to use the Internet, any electronic media and mobile phones. After this time, the actual battle begins, when the teams tell each other how to solve problems.

    Moscow School Olympiad in Chemistry (MOSH)

    Chemistry Olympiads have a glorious history and traditions. Best scientists chemists contributed to the formation and development of the Olympiad movement in Russia, clearly realizing important role Olympiads in the early self-determination of students, attracting gifted, interested children to science. The first Chemistry Olympiads for schoolchildren were held in Moscow and Leningrad in 1938, and in terms of the number of participants they were far from modern ones. Their main form was correspondence Olympiads. Since 2010, the Moscow Chemistry Olympiad has been held in 2 stages.
    Stage I - qualifying, correspondence "Internet stage". Conducted remotely throughout Russia. Stage II - face-to-face, to which the winners and prize-winners of the qualifying stage (35% of the total number of participants) are allowed. The intramural stage traditionally consists of two rounds: theoretical (February) and experimental (March). By decision of the jury, students who have successfully completed the tasks of the theoretical round are allowed to the experimental round. Each participant is offered topics for writing essays in order to prepare for the tasks experimental tour. Topics of abstracts and preliminary results of the full-time theoretical round are published on the website http://olimpiada.ru, on the page http://moschem.olimpiada.ru three days after the full-time theoretical round. On the day of the experimental round, tasks are analyzed and work is reviewed. The final result is formed from the sum of points of the full-time stage: theoretical and practical rounds.

    Advantages:
    The winners and prize-winners of the full-time practical tour have the right to enter the university without passing entrance examinations (if they have the Unified State Examination in Chemistry at least 75 points) or to enter with points for individual achievements.

    Multidisciplinary Engineering Olympiad "Zvezda"

    The multidisciplinary engineering Olympiad "Zvezda" was created in 2015 after the merger of the Olympiad for schoolchildren "Star - Talents in the Service of Defense and Security" and the Multidisciplinary Engineering Olympiad "The Future of Russia". The competition is held with the support of the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia, is included in the List of School Olympiads of the Ministry of Science and higher education Russian Federation. The main goal of the Olympiad is to develop and stimulate the interest of students in grades 6-11 in research activities, their early professional orientation and the development of interest in their future profession. The Olympiad is held in a number of general education subjects and on the basis of general education programs of secondary general education.

    Advantages:

    36. Applicants for training have the right to submit information about their individual achievements, the results of which are taken into account when applying for training. Accounting for the results of individual achievements is carried out by accruing points for individual achievements and (or) as an advantage if the criteria for ranking the lists of applicants are equal.

    Points awarded for individual achievements are included in the amount of competitive points.

    The applicant submits documents confirming the receipt of the results of individual achievements. To take into account the individual achievement specified in the Admission Rules, the submission of such documents is not required.

    37. When applying for undergraduate and specialist programs, the ITMO University Admissions Committee may award points for the following individual achievements:

    1) the status of a champion and prize-winner of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympics, world champion, European champion, a person who won first place at the world championship, European championship in sports included in the programs of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympics, the presence the gold badge of distinction of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP) and a certificate of the established form;

    2) the presence of a certificate of secondary general education with honors, or a certificate of secondary (complete) general education for those awarded with a gold medal, or a certificate of secondary (complete) general education for those awarded with a silver medal;

    3) the presence of a diploma of secondary vocational education Honours;

    4) implementation of volunteer (voluntary) activities (if no more than four years have passed from the date of completion of the period of implementation of the specified activity until the date of completion of the acceptance of documents and entrance examinations);

    5) participation and (or) results of participation of applicants in the Olympiads (not used to obtain special rights and (or) advantages when entering training in specific conditions admission and specific grounds for admission) and other intellectual and (or) creative competitions, sports events and sports events held in order to identify and support individuals who have shown outstanding abilities;

    6) the grade given by the admission committee of ITMO University based on the results of checking the final essay, which is a condition for admission to the state final certification in educational programs of secondary general education.

    38. When applying for undergraduate and specialist programs, an applicant can be awarded for individual achievements no more than 10 points in total.

    39. The list of individual achievements taken into account when enrolling in bachelor's and specialist's programs in the event of an equal amount of competitive points is established by ITMO University independently.

    40. The list of individual achievements taken into account and the procedure for their accounting are established by ITMO University in accordance with the Admission Rules and are indicated in the admission rules approved by ITMO University independently.
