A competition was held at the Kalashnikov Electric Lamp Plant professional excellence"The best in the profession." The competition, which was held for the first time, was held in two stages: theoretical and practical.
The competition was attended by workers of the assembly lines of the enterprise's workshops in the following categories:
– Stacker-packer;
– Controller of parts and devices;
– Solderer (soldering);
- sokolevschik;
- Installer of electrovacuum devices.
The value of this competition cannot be overestimated, because it is an important element corporate culture. In addition, it is designed to raise the prestige of working specialties.
Competitions for the title of "Best in Profession" also help in solving other important tasks facing the enterprise: increasing production efficiency, labor productivity, strengthening professional skills and developing the creative initiative of employees. And for the participants themselves, the competition is a great way to improve their personal skill level.
In the first competition "Best in Profession" 5 employees in each category took part.
Mastery in each direction was evaluated by highly qualified specialists who are members of the jury. These are QCD employees and assembly shop specialists. The competitive commission was headed by Lepshova N.M., deputy director for production.
Participants of the competition showed professional knowledge, enthusiasm and optimism. The company is rightly proud of its experienced and cohesive labor collective, consisting of highly qualified, highly professional employees capable of performing the most complex and responsible tasks, including in extreme situations.
According to the results of all tests, the winners were:

2. Elena Vyacheslavovna Listopadova – assembler of electrovacuum devices.
3. Gromova Nadezhda Nikolaevna - inspector of parts and devices.
4. Kopyttsina Irina Valerievna – sokoler (soldering).

At the solemn meeting following the results of the competition, all participants were awarded diplomas, and the winners were awarded a cash prize.
The “Best in Profession” competition is not only a confirmation of professionalism and skill, but also a good financial incentive for employees.

The atmosphere of the competition was friendly. They took part in the competition with the desire to win. All participants worked very hard.
As other members of the commission noted, the competition is a necessary and useful undertaking, the presence of spectators and fans will make the competition more interesting. Many contestants were pleasantly surprised, they opened up from a new side. The well-coordinated work of Loginova A.G. , stacker - packer. She behaved calmly, and this helped to win. It was a pleasure to participate in the competition. We all work for a long time, for me it was a normal working situation. I was a little twitchy on the theory, but everything went fine. I believe that such competitions are needed at our enterprise, but only for calm people, and not for impressionable ones. I also think that such competitions should be held honestly and fairly. And I wish the future participants peace, only peace. Perhaps in the future I will still participate in such competitions, if invited.

- The impressions are positive, it seemed very interesting, it was so exciting, but in general, everything went fine. Probably, knowledge of technology, production, experience and the fact that I have been working for a long time helped to win. The hardest part of the competition was the excitement! It was difficult to deal with him. I believe that such competitions are needed at our enterprise, especially for young girls. Despite the fact that I won and received a cash prize, I think that in the future I will not participate in such competitions anymore. It is very difficult to deal with anxiety. It's time to give way to the young, so I wish future participants to delve deeper into production, to know everything, to be interested.

Everything went well, the questions on the theory were also normal. Knowledge and the fact that we have been working for a long time helped to take the first place. It was difficult when they clattered first on a small lamp, then on a large one. It was hard to readjust right away. I believe that such competitions at our enterprise are necessary for young people to study. In the future, perhaps, I will take part in the competition again, but everything will depend on the situation and mood. I wish future participants success and to learn more and delve into production.

When the competition was first announced, we were worried about everything, because it was the first time it was held. Nobody wanted to at first. We were worried that we had a large lamp in our workshop, and the practical stage was carried out on a small lamp. It was difficult, but we tried. I think that calmness and slowness led me to victory. I did everything as I usually do on the line. At first there was excitement, but when they sat down at their workplaces, everything became normal. The fact that the competition was not held at the usual workplace created certain difficulties. I had to select a line, fire, soldering, adjust everything for myself. No wonder they say that houses and walls help. I think that competitions at the enterprise need both such and others and more often, for example, a competition for women in needlework. I do not plan to participate in such a competition again, we have many other professions, they also need to compete. And I wish future participants not to worry, there is nothing to worry about. You just need to work as usual and try a little. I would like to tell the organizers that the competition should be held in their workshop, because we have a completely different lamp. Although for me it was not very important, since I have experience with a small lamp, but the other participants did not work with a small lamp at all, it was difficult for them. It is important that before the competition they give a try, try on, and not immediately start soldering.

Everything was good, the main thing in victory is experience. I was a little worried that there were a lot of spectators around, and everyone was looking at me during the competition. But, in principle, nothing complicated. I think that such a competition can also be held for adjusters. I wish success to future participants and that they try to work. The only wish for the organizers is to hold the competition at the usual workplaces, for example, we have a slower speed on a large lamp, so it’s hard to adapt right away.
